Here, real soap treasures are crafted in small batches with care and attention, using precious, natural raw materials and valuable oils. After a long process of careful research and development, well-thought-out one-of-a-kind soaps are created with scientific expertise. Working mindfully with nature, emphasizing the power of plants, and using local resources are at the heart of the process. Many plants used are homegrown or hand-harvested — such as wonderfully fragrant rose petals from the beaches of Poel Island.

After a professional life as a scientist, I turned my passion for soap-making from a hobby into a profession and became a certified master soap maker. This title was awarded to me by the renowned guild Les Maîtres Savonniers, the oldest and largest soap maker guild in Europe. I am proud to be part of such a long-standing tradition and to practice my craft with both passion and formal training.
